First Place Ian Davies (Digipix76) – Rocks For Goalposts I have recently returned from a photographic exhibition at the Tate Modern and “Rocks For Goalposts” would have sat comfortably with many of the images I saw at the exhibition. Images like this need to be celebrated. The tonal quality of the image inspired me and had the strength to capture my attention. The image has a pure strength and will certainly mark time, as many of the photographs had in the Tate. "Annabel Williams"

digipix76 won the family section with 'Shape Up' of a photographic competition run by Photography Monthly Magazine, in association with Samsung. digipix76 now goes in to the final five for a chance to win the main prize.
